PARKING

We have 3 spots in the corner of the parking lot in front of our suite, they are marked PLTS. You may park there or there is street parking on Searls Avenue

NO SOCKS ALLOWED

To prevent slipping we ask that you either wear grip socks or are barefoot in the studio. * Exception * If shoes are required for comfort or any other reason they must be clean new athletic shoes with clean soles and never worn outside of the studio.

PREPARE FOR CLASS

Dress Appropriately~Here are some things to consider when choosing what to wear to class;

Are you comfortable? Is your movement restricted in any way? Are the fabrics transparent? Loose fitting/short shorts can expose private body parts, please be considerate of your personal comfort as well as other peoples comfort when dressing for class. (No one wants to unexpectedly see any private parts, please be respectful of others and cover up)    

BE ON TIME

Classes are 60 minutes long. Private sessions are 55 minutes long. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Classes will start and end on times indicated on schedule.

FRAGRANCE CONSCIOUS

We are a fragrance conscious studio so please refrain from wearing any heavily scented cologne or bodycare products. We have a VIP client who has an allergy to lavender so NO LAVENDER PLEASE.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

Personal hygiene is appreciated by all! (Please wash up before class and be aware of your body odor as some people are very sensitive)

WELLNESS PROTOCOLS

Please stay home if you have any symptoms of any communicable illness, any cold/flu/respiratory symptoms, or have tested positive for covid 19.

We have masks for anyone who wants to wear a mask.

We have an air purifier running.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes, duets and private sessions. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged the full fee and forfeit your *missed class. *Less than 24 hour notice is considered a LATE CANCEL-Please cancel by logging into your account. 

WAITLIST POLICY

The waitlist works like being “on standby” and follows the 24-hour cancellation policy. You must have a class credit in your account for the system to book you if a spot opens, which can happen anytime up to 30 minutes before class. If you can’t attend within that window, remove yourself from the waitlist to keep your credit. The system auto-books the first person on the list and sends a confirmation via email or SMS. No one is added after the 30-minute cutoff. 

PACKAGE POLICIES

-Packages CAN NOT be shared or transferred 

-Packages expire 6 months after purchase NO EXTENSIONS

-NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED CLASSES and/or PRIVATE SESSIONS 



FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I have no previous Pilates experience, can I join a group class or do I need to begin with private instruction?

A: We invite any and all experience levels to join a Reformer Foundations class to begin. Private 1:1 sessions are a preferred way to begin for anyone with current or past injuries or specific needs. Please inquire about Reformer Empower classes as a beginner. Reformer Empower classes are higher intensity and may not be appropriate for some people.


Q: Is Pilates safe for people with disabilities? Injuries? Chronic health issues?

A: Always check with your medical doctor before starting any new exercise plan. Pilates is a low impact, safe workout for most people. Skilled instructors can offer specific modifications/variations to accommodate someones needs. For best results Private 1:1 sessions are a preferred way to begin for anyone with physical limitations, current or past injuries or specific needs.
