This 3-week reformer series introduces a consistent, progressive method you’ll return to in each class, allowing you to track your growth, deepen your control, and feel real, measurable change in your body. ALL LEVELS WELCOME INCLUDING BEGINNERS:
Reformer Foundations is an ALL LEVELS 60 minute Pilates reformer class that focuses on the foundational skills of reformer Pilates. Whether you are new to Pilates or are a seasoned practitioner this class is for you.
In this class you will build core strength while learning the principles of a Pilates reformer practice for a full body movement experience.
All bodies welcome! This is an all levels class taught in a layering and progression style to meet most clients level of challenge. Reformer Pilates will help you improve your posture, balance, coordination and much more.

An athletic fitness group class that blends together weight lifting and reformer pilates. Workout with your instructor on the reformer and with weights for a full body strength and resistance training workout that focuses on slow controlled time under tension and progressive overload to produce results. Build and maintain muscle and bone mass and have fun doing it!

CURIOUS ABOUT EMPOWER
Intro to Empower is a 60 minute intermediate level Reformer Pilates class. This class is for students ready to LEVEL UP! An intermediate/advanced level class designed to help you prepare and transition to Reformer Empower Classes. More challenging than Foundations classes but slower paced than an Empower class.
This class utilizes the pilates reformer and teaches you the more advanced exercises that we do in empower classes but at a slower pace. It can include strength training, balance training, resistance training, HIIT, jump board cardio and more!

INTERMEDIATE/
ADVANCED STUDENTS:
REFORMER emPOWER~ STRENGTH TONE & PROGRESS is a 60 minute high intensity pilates fusion workout that incorporates pilates inspired moves and focuses on building core strength while also building long lean muscle mass.
This class is an intermediate/advanced level class designed to make you sweat, shake and work hard!
This class utilizes the pilates reformer and can include strength training, balance training, resistance training, HIIT, jump board cardio and more!
*Due to the advanced pace of the class, Reformer emPOWER classes are not appropriate for individuals with injuries or limitations unless the instructor gives explicit permission.

INTERMEDIATE/
ADVANCED STUDENTS:
Reformer Empower Jumpboard~ STRENGTH TONE & PROGRESS is an INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED 60 minute fusion workout that incorporates pilates inspired moves and focuses on building core strength while also building long lean muscle mass.
